Our lifestyles have changed, We are no longer as active as our forefathers were. So the same foods and eating habits no longer make sense.
We all know about inflammation on our bodies. It is how our body responds to infection. When we cut ourselves or get a wound of any kind, the body manages to heal it. But if we consistently attack the same area it will cause inflammation. It is characterized by pain, heat, redness, swelling, and/ or loss of function. Similarly, there is internal inflammation. And when we repeatedly inflict that part of the body that is inflamed, we finally invite illness.
What can we do to heal inflammation?
