Take Responsibility for your Life

I try not to give my opinion to many FB posts. I feel I should know more before I make any comment. When people are making a comment, they are making many assumptions.

Also, as a person established in the ideology of coaching, I prefer to ask questions and let the person arrive at the solution that best suits them. The solution that best suits them is one that does not create any tightness in the body and/ or mind. It is the one that creates a more joyful and fulfilling life.

Trying to implement other’s solution will not help in a sustainable approach. We have to take responsibility for our action. We have to reflect and introspect before we take any action. This reminds me of the story of the butterfly trying to get out of its cocoon. A man was observing the struggle that was going on. Being kind hearted, he decided to help the butterfly. He took a pair of scissors and slit the cocoon. The butterfly emerged with withered wings. The continuous effort from the butterfly to come out of its cocoon helps to let the fluid stored in the body be converted into wings. Thus, the body becomes lighter and smaller, and the wings are beautiful and large. If we don’t want to struggle, how can we fly?
